Eating oranges or drinking orange juice?

Oranges in my locality are getting expensive. 1 kilograms of Oranges are ₹200. Which is roughly around 6 Oranges.

So i was thinking of drinking orange juice from the following brands:

[Orange juice from Real ](https://www.flipkart.com/real-activ-100-orange-juice/p/itmewnfrysbzaevz?pid=DAJEUARYSG3GWAKR&lid=LSTDAJEUARYSG3GWAKRPCUFHM&marketplace=GROCERY&pageUID=1661954589995)

[orange juice from Tropicana ](https://www.flipkart.com/tropicana-100-orange-juice/p/itmew2amcb3gzguy?pid=DAJEUHCZNMW3QB2X&lid=LSTDAJEUHCZNMW3QB2XAWW6K2&marketplace=GROCERY&cmpid=content_drinks-juice_15083003945_u_8965229628_gmc_pla&tgi=sem,1,G,11214002,u,,,556262839325,,,,m,,mobile,,,,,&gclid=Cj0KCQjwjbyYBhCdARIsAArC6LLfP6PgYVATz2ulkFmLcP6bN8b01NgU5ujU-dBzIcbiG8m5NCKdyVMaAo7uEALw_wcB)

They are selling 1 litre orange juice for ₹126 and ₹98 respectively.

I am mainly eating oranges for vitamin C and for its taste. Will it be better to drink orange juice or should i stick to eating oranges only?

Which one would be healthier?
