Is chicken floss a type of processed meat?

I’m aware processed meats such as ham, sausage and what not are considered to be meat that are highly processed with a lot of sodium and are linked to the c word.

But is chicken floss also considered processed meat? I can’t find a proper answer online but chicken floss is basically like chicken (breast?) that has been turned into a very feathery cotton like texture and is used on pastries sometimes.

Is it bad like the other processed meats that i mentioned above ?

There’s a wikipedia article about it saying it can contain HAAs that promote the c word if processed at high temps, so is it only bad sometimes, or…?
