I absolutely love [laoganma](https://www.laoganmausa.com/products) and put it on tons of food – fish, pasta, meat, eggs, vegetables, you name it. I generally eat pretty healthily and cook 95% of my food, but am I shooting myself in the food by putting this all over my food? I’d say I use on average 1-2 heaping tablespoons with a meal.
